Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to lead Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, and Employee Engagement. This role requires strong communication and teamwork, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:
- Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements for all positions based on hiring manager needs and ensure job duties support the job requirements.
- Post and remove job ads on boards and social media; coordinate job fair participation.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify potential employees to fill job vacancies based on knowledge of EEO laws.
- Support hiring managers by coordinating and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates and providing guidance on how to conduct interviews.
- Prepare offer and rejection communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientations.
- Hire employees, update, and manage employee records in ADP Workforce Now for new hires and terminated employees. The HR Coordinator is the ADP Power User within the club providing support and training to all users.
- Manage and keep PAF log up to date with information on employee eligibility for benefits, bonuses, performance evaluations, and other HR services and metrics.
HR Administration:
- Develop and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement process improvements in HR policies and procedures.
- Organize compliance trainings and learning & development sessions.
- Maintain HR forms, calendars, and documentation.
- Model, support, and reinforce club policies and rules.
- Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries.
- File and maintain confidential and accurate personnel records.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Plan and promote engagement initiatives, employee engagement events, and recognition programs.
- Assist with employee engagement surveys and follow‑through on action items.
- Support HR projects including surveys, employee feedback, and training logistics.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. (preferred)
- 1+ year of ADP Workforce Now experience. (highly preferred)
- 1+ year of HR experience. (preferred)
- Knowledge of U.S. and Hawaii labor laws.
- Experience with sourcing tools and social media recruiting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr. depending on experience. (Non-Exempt position)
